Placing Reservations

All double occupancy cabins (except suites) have two single beds that can be converted to a queen. All triple or quad occupancy cabins have two singles/queen and one upper bunk bed, and a sofa bed, or trundle bed.

Suites have either a queen or king bed.
It is recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance online or by phone when making your initial deposit to ensure full coverage of the policy. But you can add it to your reservation anytime prior to your final payment date.

You may also call us to request additional coverage for other non-cruise travel, such as airfare and deposits on ground or hotel.

The cost for travel insurance is 8% of the amount you want to be insured.
Guests are required to be at least 21 years of age at by cruise embarkation day to travel in their own cabin. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by an individual 21 years or older. The exceptions to this policy are:

  • Guests under the age of 21 traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom.
  • Married minor couple - The booking must be documented that the couple is married. The couple must have proof of marriage at embarkation or they will be denied boarding without the benefit of a refund.
  • Domestic Partners/Same-Sex Union minor couple - The booking must be documented that the couple are legal Domestic Partners/Same-Sex Union. The couple must have legal proof of partnership/union at embarkation or they will be denied boarding without the benefit of a refund.

Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will be denied boarding and assessed a 100% cancellation penalty. NO exceptions will be made at embarkation.
We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance. The cost is 8% of your total price but the peace of mind is invaluable. You may also call us to extend travel insurance to your airline tickets or other travel accommodations you have made.

Optional travel insurance available through WMPH Vacations may be purchased up to, but no later than, the Final Payment Due Date on your invoice, but some benefits may not apply.

As soon as you book air travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, or any other service as part of your planned trip, you are required to contact WMPH Vacations to update your insurance policy. We must change the coverage dates and increase the value of your coverage to maintain all benefits. Additional premium will apply. If you fail to contact us within 14 days, and later file a claim, the insurance company will deny that claim, and pre-existing medical conditions coverage will be forfeited.

The insurance premium is based on 8% of the total cost of the trip including all covered components such as air transportation purchased separately. This plan is available to persons whose primary residence is in the United States.

Once you make your initial deposit your credit card used for your deposit will be automatically billed for all future payments leading up to your final payment date (schedule below). The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule.

Payment Schedule – Interior, Balcony & Mini-Suite: (Initial deposit will increase depending on your initial deposit date) After initial Deposit is made, payment schedule are as follows…

Please contact at least 10 business days prior to payment date if you wish to change your credit card, otherwise we will automatically bill the credit card used to make the deposit according to the following schedule:
  • Initial deposit of $399.00 USD per person due by June 30 2017
  • Deposits increase to $649.00 on July 31st 2017
  • Deposits increase to $899.00 on September 30th 2017
  • All future payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file from the 2017 cruise on the following schedule
  • Payments for interior cabins will be $250.00 per cabin on dates listed below
  • $500.00 per cabin is due on May 1, 2017 (payment for Haven Suite is $450.00 per person)
  • $500.00 per cabin is due on July 1, 2017 (payment for Haven Suite is $450.00 per person)
  • $500.00 per cabin is due on September 1, 2017 (remaining balance for Haven Suite is due Sept 29, 2017)
  • Remaining balance will be due on for before November 21, 2017

Additional payments can be made anytime up until final payment.
Cabin Selection: During booking just select your desired cabin category and occupancy and we'll select the best location from our list of available cabins for you. If you have a cabin location request please make that request in the "Comment" box on the payment information page at the end of the booking process.

Naming Guests: You can add your guests later but fees may apply. See "Can I make changes to my reservation?" here for more details.

You are obligated for the full cruise fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not add guests to fill your entire cabin. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional cruise fare associated with the transaction.
